How to use

1. Put the stand on a flat, heat-safe table.
2. Pour hot water into the water pan, about 2 to 3cm deep, and place it in the stand.
3. Put chafing fuel cans in the burner holders under the pan (fuel cans may need to be bought separately) and light them with a long lighter.
4. Place the food pans on top of the water pan and cover with the lids to keep the heat in.
5. To finish, put the burner caps over the flames. Never leave lit burners unattended.

Tip: add hot food, not cold. The dishes keep food warm, they don't cook it.
