Where do you deliver?

To addresses in the United Kingdom only.

How long will my order take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, then delivery takes 7 to 10 working days.

How much is delivery?

£2.99 for UK Standard Delivery, and free on orders over £50.

Where does my order ship from?

From warehouses in the United Kingdom, so there are no customs fees or import charges.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Allow up to 48 hours for it to update, or use Track Your Order.

Why did my items arrive separately?

Items can ship from different UK warehouses, so they sometimes arrive on different days. There's no extra charge.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging. Email us first for the return details. See Delivery and Returns.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely at checkout with the payment options shown there. All prices include VAT where it applies.

Do you have a discount code?

Sign up to our emails at the bottom of any page and use code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order over £30.
