Delivery and Returns
Delivery
- Where: we deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
- Dispatch: orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Delivery time: 7 to 10 working days from dispatch.
- Cost: UK Standard Delivery £2.99, free on orders over £50.
- No extra charges: everything ships from the UK, so there are no customs fees or import charges.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. You can also use Track Your Order.
Large items
Bikes, e-scooters, sheds, furniture and other large items come by courier and may need a signature.
More than one item?
Items can come from different UK warehouses, so they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost.
Returns
- Changed your mind? Return any item within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us first and we'll send the return details. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund within 14 days of receiving the item, including the original standard delivery cost.
- Personal care items (trimmers, massagers, beauty tools) can be returned for a change of mind only if unopened and sealed.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or give a full refund, and in most cases you won't need to send it back.
- Lost parcel? If it's confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 working days to show, depending on your bank. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
